Dr. Samir Bhattacharya
Dr. Samir Bhattacharya is an Associate Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi, where he specializes in the geopolitics of Africa within the shifting global landscape. He earned his PhD in International Relations from JNU and holds a Master's in Economics from the University of Auvergne, France, as a recipient of the France Excellence Charpak Scholarship. His research encompasses China–Africa dynamics, the development of African democratic systems, and conflict-resolution strategies. A prolific author, his insights are frequently featured in national and international scholarly publications.
